Edmondson. 

Additionally, two personal development books, 'The Sad Truth About Happiness' by Gad Saad and 'Bad Therapy' by Abigail Shrier, are reviewed, along with a notable white paper on major project performance. 

DK also shares her content consumption habits, including favorite podcasts and YouTube channels, and emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and community engagement in project management.
