While David was just a boy in Bethlehem God’s prophet announced that one day he would be king of Israel. For David, the Game of LIFE seemed pretty set and he was destined to be a winner. But it was not a straight line from tending sheep on a hillside near Bethlehem, and sitting on the throne ruling God’s people in Jerusalem. There were several detours along the way.
