This week, our series of messages from the book of Luke moved to the eighth chapter. Specifically we will narrow our focus to verses 22-25.Being in a small boat in the middle of a storm can be a harrowing event. It can cause different levels of worry, panic, fear and terror. Of course, figurative storms of life can cause similar responses as well. Sometimes, we can genuinely wonder if we will be able to make it through.In the midst of the literal and figurative storms we have a calming presence and influence in the person of Jesus Christ.
