On our journey to live a healthy and happy life, the year 2020 was a speedbump along our path.  It caused us to slow down and assess our lives and proceed with caution.  After reflecting on what was going right for us and what wasn’t working, we start 2021 with a clearer understanding of what we should continue fighting for and what we need to work on.  A new year always holds the promise of creating a better self. Setting SMART goals will start you out right and keeping track of your successes will give you the motivation to keep trying even if your successes are intangible.

-        A scale weight (is the scale going up or down)

-        Waist circumference (are our measurements decreasing)

-        Miles Walked (have your daily steps increased?)
