When I first heard the phrase “sphere of influence” I thought I grasped it… who are we being influenced by or helped by… but, the reality is when you look up definitions, it feels a little the opposite.

“SOI -  Your sphere of influence (“SOI” or “sphere”) are people in your personal and professional network with whom your opinion holds some weight”

“a country or area in which another country has power to affect developments although it has no formal authority.”

“a field or area in which an individual or organization has power to affect events and developments.”

We have POWER! Not matter if we are using it to influence others or others are influencing us! Sphere of Infuence sounds to me like it is more about who WE can influence (which I pray that Direction Not Perfection is sinking into other individuals thoughts in the day). AND I actually think that this would be a phenomal podcast on how much WE can influence others! HOWEVER, this is not what we are talking about today. Today, we dive into how others can impact our health, our happiness and our souls… interested? Stay tuned…
