Tell us your story! We'd love to hear from you!
In this special Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month episode of Mindful Moments, Maya and Anna sit down with two powerful voices in youth mental health advocacy and support: Ash Savage and Brittany Ward.
Together, they open an honest and hopeful conversation about suicide prevention; why it matters what resources make a difference, and how stigma can be broken through connection and community. Both future counselors, Ash shares their lived experience as a survivor and Brittany brings unique insight from her work with youth both in Oklahoma and abroad, including marginalized and vulnerable populations.
Listeners will gain some practical knowledge, compassionate encouragement, and a reminder that prevention is possible. Suicide prevention is not just about the numbers. It's about people, hope, and making sure that every young person knows they are not alone.
