Welcome back ya'll! We took a little break after season one, and now we're back! In this episode, Carissa and Shemar dive into the barriers to health and fitness, some examples, how to intentionally plan for them, and how to move through them. In the world we live in, it's tough to just enjoy the journey without being caught up in how to get from point A to point B all the time, and it keeps us stuck in a cycle of quitting and beginning again...this episode will help shine some light on that cycle and how to change your mindset to break it for good!
