- Time Management Quadrants: I broke down the Seven Habits’ “Put First Things First” quadrant system: Quadrant 1 (urgent/important emergencies), Quadrant 2 (important/not urgent goals like fitness), Quadrant 3 (urgent/not important distractions), and Quadrant 4 (not urgent/not important time-wasters). ProActivators live in Quadrant 2!
- Transformation Power: I loved seeing the light click for them—lives changing before my eyes. At a conference, another person transformed instantly, applying my advice. This stuff works, and I’m hooked on helping more.
- Personal Journey: I transformed by scheduling my day, pushing through discomfort to become a “machine.” Now, I’m working on the ProActivators AI coaching program and a book—Unleash the ProActivator or Unleash the ProActivator Within (comment your pick!).
- Rules for Growth: I’m debating a basketball rule—if I lose twice, I go home—to stay focused. Rules, like schedules, keep me on track, a tip I shared with Charge Pros’ team.
