- Fitness Passion: Gaston exercises four times weekly with basketball and swims, inspired by wanting to see his kids (born when he was 44-46) grow. He hasn’t been sick in 31 years, crediting chiropractic care, supplements, and cold showers—habits he adopted after my encouragement.
- Financial Stewardship: Laid off from Bacardi, Gaston adjusted to a 25% salary cut by living within his means, appreciating what he has—rent, a car.
- Focused Living: Once drifting, Gaston shifted in his late thirties with faith and routine (gym at 5:00 AM, biking), tackling tasks immediately as a single dad, rejecting comfort as the enemy of progress.
- Fulfillment Through Giving: Gaston donates to those in need, finding joy in giving at Christmas without expecting return, valuing time with loved ones over gifts.
