I want to talk to you today about a super important aspect that I feel is less talked about when it comes to creating and manifesting the work and life you want!
It is deeply seeing, appreciating, and being grateful for you!
And before you say it's selfish, hear me out!
You can't give what you don't have, so whatever and whoever you want to show up for and pour into and be of service to in this world, you can only give and do that when you have energy and capacity to do so.
My invitation to you is to enter the year validating and celebrating you at the depth of your being, your goodness, your kindness, your courage, your resourcefulness, your strength, the love in your heart, the person you've become, how you've showed up despite the challenges and obstacles, and the belief you held onto even in times when you had to reach really deep and far to find it and keep going...Add whatever is true for you.
So I invite you to validate the heck out of YOU, see YOU, appreciate YOU, making YOU important without feeling guilt and shame!
