INT BE0031 - Silver Sentinel. Identity: Stella Sylvestri. Current leader of The Beacons (>ORG IN0093), billionaire inventor, CEO of Sylvestri Systems, former member of The Falcons (>ORG ER0731). Joined The Beacons in 2008 and became their field leader in 2020.

MET SC2309 - Earthquake. Identity: Raymond McKay. A retired superhero, once active in the Waterfront Area. Ran McKay Gym for many years, where he trained other superheroes.

MET SC2367 - Dischord. Identity: Elijah Johns. The oldest active human superhero in Sanctum City, operating since 1982. Anti-EMBER and associated with various agitating groups, led a protest in 1996 (>EVE EM1026). Has become less active since 2019. 

ORG ER1834 - Metahuman Liberation Front. Led by Riot Grrrl (>MET SC8314), a collection of young metahumans occupying and destroying public property and violently protesting against EMBER. Organized in the Sunflower District in response to destruction wrought by Menagerie's 03/30/2025 attack on Sanctum City (>EVE XC1086).

MET SC8295 - Freezeframe. Identity: Unknown. A teen vigilante who is especially active on superhero social media. Claims to have “time powers,” but they have not been properly documented.

ORG NG0043 - RESCUE. Refugee Empowerment, Support, and Community Uplift for the Empowered. Founded in 1969, a non-governmental organization headquartered in Sanctum City. They assist international and intergalactic metahuman refugees in relocating and adjusting to life in Sanctum City, as well as registering with EMBER. They initially focused on refugees fleeing revolutionary and war-torn states, but have since expanded their reach.
