The Arkansas State Medical Board took action after video surfaced, showing Diffine walking around nude in his Blytheville office and even performing a sexual act in front of three staff members, one of whom was a patient. This follows an emergency suspension issued in October 2024, and a unanimous revocation decision was made at a disciplinary hearing in early August 2025.
