Paul’s journey is anything but conventional. After more than a decade working in IT, including time with Apple, he retrained as a teacher before founding what began as the International Football School in 2013 with just 76 students.
Today, Central Coast Sports College has grown into one of the region’s most distinctive education and sporting institutions, combining academics with elite-level development across a range of sports.
Paul talks about the vision behind the college, the challenges of building something different, his time on the Central Coast Mariners board, his passion for developing young people, and what comes next as the college continues to grow.
