Description

Have you ever noticed someone becoming distant, inconsistent, or less engaged—and immediately wondered, What did I do wrong?

It’s easy to take other people’s behavior personally, especially when their communication changes, their effort shifts, or you’re left trying to figure out what happened. But someone else’s patterns don’t automatically say something about your worth.

In this episode of The Kelly Healing Project, we’re talking about how to step out of personalization and into observation. We’ll explore the difference between noticing a pattern and trying to diagnose it, why understanding someone can sometimes turn into over-functioning, and how another person’s behavior can activate patterns of your own.

We’ll also talk about something we don’t always consider: how completely different you can feel in different relationships. One dynamic may leave you questioning yourself, overthinking, or chasing reciprocity, while another gives you room to feel relaxed, authentic, playful, and secure.

Instead of asking, What’s wrong with me? or What’s wrong with them? maybe the better question is:

What’s happening between us—and what is this dynamic showing me?

You don’t have to diagnose someone, make them the villain, or blame yourself to recognize when a pattern isn’t working for you.

Their pattern can give you information without becoming a statement about your worth.

In this episode, you’ll learn how to:

Because their patterns belong to them.

What you choose to do with the information belongs to you.
