Today Pastor Dustin Clegg begins a new series titled Clearly Marriage as we look at Ephesians 5:15-33 and discover the Mission of Marriage. We see that we cannot fulfill the mission of marriage apart from being daily filled with the Spirit of Jesus. We also see that the mission of the marriage of every believer is to point a watching world to an incredible King. How do we apply this message to our lives? (1) Do not look to your spouse to supply for you what only Jesus can. And (2) Stop focusing on what marriage is not, and pursue (with your spouse) what marriage is.
