Description

Today is considered Orphan Sunday, a day of rallying individuals and churches worldwide to BE THE LIGHT for orphans and foster children. This call has never been more important, as it is always the vulnerable who suffer most when times are hard. Your prayers and acts of service, whether humble or grand, will bring light to a dark place.

Pastor Dustin Clegg starts the service by interviewing a couple who is starting the process of fostering, and also two representatives of Connected, a gospel-centered foster care ministry of the Arkansas Baptist Children's Homes and Family Ministries.

Then we are challenged with a message taken from Isaiah 1:1-18 centered around the observation that "Repentance involves a turning of our hearts to the affections of God just as much as turning from the things God hates". Dustin encourages us to embrace a lifestyle of complete repentance.
