Today Pastor Dustin Clegg continues with our study of Revelation as we look at Chapter 2 verses 1-7, and begin a journey through the 7 churches with a look at the church in Ephesus. In these verses we see that Jesus wanted the Ephesians to know that (1) He was with them intimately. As believers we must always live as if we are starring into the eyes of our King - - because we are. Jesus also wanted the Ephesians to know that (2) they were not with Him intimately. Purity is not a good replacement for passion. When we are with Him rightly, He will purify us. Christ Followers should constantly give themselves and others Jesus. Rules cannot replace relationship. Jesus wanted the Ephesians to know that (3) He was coming to them quickly with either grace, or judgement. He who has an ear to hear..... this is for you.
