Today, on my birthday, I started reflecting on what happened after I stopped over-capacitating for others... giving more of my time, energy, and support than felt truly aligned.
Over the last year and a half, I've stepped back from relationships that no longer felt reciprocal (as directed by my inner voice). And while that created space for something beautiful to enter my life, like G(!), it also left some... emptiness.
Today I'm sharing my realization about boundaries, reciprocity, and what happens when we feel ready to welcome new connections into the space we've created.
