Description

Why do we keep finding ourselves in the same situations, reactions, and outcomes—despite insight, effort, and good intentions? In this episode of Rooted & Wild, we explore a powerful distinction that gets to the heart of personal and professional transformation: Experience Organization vs. Experience Recurrence.

Morgan Goodlander introduces how experience is not something that simply happens to us, but something we actively organize—often unconsciously. When experience remains unexamined, patterns repeat. When it becomes conscious, new possibilities emerge. This conversation dives into how awareness reshapes leadership, relationships, creativity, and the capacity to choose differently in real time.
