In other news, after the Mets got over their recent 12 game slump, attention turned to the Philadelphia Phillies who decided to get swept by the Cubs last week en route to an 10 game losing streak!
In comparison, the Cubs went on a 10-game win streak as they swept both the Mets and Phillies before coming up against LA's finest this past weekend!
