What are you actually doing to refuel your mind, your body, your spirit so you can show up fully?
For me, it’s connection. Dancing. Loud music. Puppy time. Seeing my nephews and remembering how to look at life through a child’s eyes. It’s celebrating instead of staying so laser-focused that I forget to live.
For Jim, it’s a full Sunday reset. Phone off. Church. Couch. Movies. Complete disconnect so he can give his all the other six days.
Here’s the truth: you can’t eliminate stress. But you can prepare your body to handle it better. Move your body. Stretch. Walk. Dance in your kitchen. Stop grabbing your phone the second you wake up.
If you don’t start today, nothing changes.
So what are you doing to recharge? And if the answer is “nothing”… maybe that’s your sign.
