Welcome. I am grateful you are here.
In this episode, I sit down with Jen Cohn and Jennifer Hale for a real, raw, and heart-led conversation about polarization and what it’s doing to our relationships, our nervous systems, and our sense of connection.
We talk about how easy it is to get pulled into “us vs. them,” especially with technology and algorithms constantly feeding division. And we also go deeper into the stories we tell ourselves, the old patterns that keep looping, and the inner parts of us that just want to be seen and loved.
This conversation reminded me of something I’ve been learning through meditation: fear isn’t the opposite of love, but the separation of love. And the moment we return to the heart, we return to truth.
In this episode, we explore:
why polarization is really separation
how to hold multiple truths without losing yourself
how the “story” keeps us stuck, and the unknown sets us free
what meditation taught me about coming back to my heart
how healing the inner child changes everything
This isn’t a debate. It’s a remembering.
A soft return to unity, starting within.
If you have any question or would like to share a story that I can discuss in the future episode, please share through dm on my social or email me. Thank you.
