Review your list of desires, pause and tune into your body:

Look at these responses as invitations to explore and be curious. This is often where a limiting belief is hiding, rooted in past experience, conditioning, or old stories.

Use these prompts to poke gentle holes in the story:

This is how you begin to rewrite the belief, by collecting evidence that supports your desire despite what you’ve experienced before.

3. Embody the new belief.

Close your eyes and breathe into the feeling you do want to experience -peace, joy, love, abundance. Repeat to yourself:

I’m safe to desire this.
My past does not define what’s possible for my future.
