Description

Leadership is often imagined as authority, control, or being the loudest voice; but true leadership is quieter. It’s embodied, soft, energetic power that inspires others not by force, but by vision, trust, and service.

In this episode, I share my insights, experiences, and personal stories of leadership including what I’ve witnessed, what I’ve practiced, and what I’ve learned about self-leadership.

We’ll explore:

My hope is that this conversation will give you a new lens to see leadership as an honour, a privilege and as service.

Reflection Prompts for You
Take these into your journal, your walk, or a quiet moment with yourself:

  1. Where in my life have I been waiting for leadership to change, rather than stepping into my own agency?
  2. What qualities do I most long to experience in a leader and am I embodying those qualities for myself and those I lead?
  3. What daily deposits can I make (trust, kindness, empathy, creativity) that will strengthen my own self-leadership and my relationships?
  4. How can I begin to practice human centered leadership - seeing myself and others not just by what we do, but by who we are?
  5. What ripple do I want my self-leadership to create in my family, my work, my community, and the world?

If this episode resonates with you, I’d love to hear your reflections. Share them with me on Instagram, Linked In or through my website and please leave a review.
