Amazon’s recent docu-series was all up in arms that “Generation Joshua” or “Teen Pact” might have played a part in the vast right-wing conspiracy to "take America back." Is there a “Gelatinizing of the Faith” going on with American evangelicals? Have they capitulated to the matter of the slaughter of 15 million babies a year, and the mainstreaming of sexual perversion? Is the "Kinder and Gentler" evangelicalism going to stop fighting ‘em, and maybe even join ‘em? As conservatives and Christians lose and lose some more in the culture war, what are their options? Soften. Abandon God's law as a standard. Become friends with that worldly zeitgeist fellow. Embrace a pessimistic eschatology. Abandon politics entirely . . . or . . .
