Instead, the court remonstrated the Colorado Civil Rights Commission for being insensitive, disrespectful, rude, and even “hostile” in their disagreement with Jack Phillips’ ethics relating to homosexuality. Even the Supremes were shocked by the animus against Christians represented by the State of Colorado. Why the animus?
