On this episode we head up to Rosetown to interview local running legend Harold Litzenberger. Harold is the only known Saskatchewan runner to have completed the Barkley Fall Classic down at Frozen Head State park in Tennessee. We chat about that adventure and Harold’s other running accomplishments in this episode. We also have a great time reflecting on some of our shared race experiences and we discuss how the races we have shared are some of our fondest memories.
