Marcella is a runner from Regina. On this episode we talk about her recent accomplishment at the Canada Goose Ultra where she ran her furthest distance ever even though Mother Nature was making it difficult with rain and lightning. We also talk about her training and why she is such a tenacious and determined runner. (CORRECTION- I wrongly said that she has two boys but in reality she has a boy and a girl- my apologies)
