These fees are set by Federal Government Regulations - Family Law (Fees) Regulation 2012 Filing fees are separate from your standard legal fees associated with engaging your Solicitor, which includes applications for Divorce, applications for Consent Orders and initiating applications in the Family Court of Australia. The FCFCOA has a clear list of fees depending on what is required to be filed.
