Today Tami has a very special interview for you with Dr. Anne Ferrari! She shares ways to combat stigma around mental illness. Anne Ferrari is a developmental psychologist with a doctorate in applied developmental psychology as well as a master’s in childhood and special education. She has taught in higher education for more than 20 years as an associate professor and her courses include Abnormal Psychology, Human Sexuality, and Developmental Psychology. Her research has centered on cultural differences in definitions of child abuse and most recently, strategies to reduce stigma towards mental illness. She has three children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she makes her own soap. You don't want to miss this!
