I walk you through a simple four-step process you can use in real time to break this cycle and change the direction of your thoughts without forcing yourself to “think positive” or ignore how you feel.

👉🏼 I also share key phrases I use when my thoughts spiral or anxiety shows up. These phrases have been tested and proven time and again to anchor and ground me by reminding me of the truth.
