Two 'Listener Letters' for you today on what to do when you are feeling disappointed in other people. 

Our first letter is from Joanne who writes one of the funniest letters I’ve received – about her sister-in-law who won’t get a Covid vaccine. And another letter from a trainee coach who is feeling disappointed and disillusioned by her teacher and is wondering if the whole coaching industry is a pyramid scheme.

We talk about how this is always an opportunity for being in choice and for getting clear on what’s ok and not ok for us.
