Description

In this episode of Grossly Competent, hosts Steve and Patrick delve into the world of Micromanagement, where one can either die a hero amongst their teams or live long enough to see themselves become the villain.

• What is Micromanagement?
• Why would someone decide to Micromanage?
• What are the signs, implications, and effects of being Micromanaged and being the Micromanager?
• And what techniques can be used to either thwart being Micromanaged or becoming the Micromanager?

But before all that serious stuff, Steve and Patrick chat about an old clip of longtime friend of the show* Matt Damon. They also share their most recent forays into media success, one of which appearing on the esteemed The Missing Piece podcast with April Reed and the other demonstrating his prowess as someone that Lives Nearby.
