This Midweek Moment is a gentle reminder as we head into Thanksgiving. Life has been a lot this week. Our little dog Lou had a difficult seizure. Work is full as we roll out new updates at Project School Nutrition. The holidays are coming fast. And through all of it, gratitude has kept me grounded.

In this short episode I talk about how gratitude helps us reconnect to the present, why this too shall pass, and how to find a moment of stillness when life feels stretched. If you are feeling the pressure of the season, tighter budgets, or the weight of the unknown, I hope this gives you a little peace and a reminder that you are not walking through it alone.
