In this very first episode, hosts Stryker and Fice open the doors to W.A.R.—a podcast built on truth, resilience, and recovery.

Raised in the tough streets of Far Rockaway, New York, both of us have lived through pain and survival in very different ways:

• Fice spent nearly a decade navigating the prison system.
• Stryker served 15 years in the U.S. Army, including two tours in Iraq.

Now, we’re bringing those lived experiences together to create a movement. W.A.R. isn’t about glorifying struggle—it’s about exposing it, talking through it, and finding healing in the process.
