Come into the “kitchen” (using that term very loosely) for a chaotic holiday treats episode of Schall We Talk 

I attempt to decorate three “festive” cupcakes – Santa, Hanukkah, and a reindeer – while answering your holiday advice questions, including:

• How do you politely stop in-laws from buying you useless gift cards?
• Is it okay to skip family holidays and just binge reality TV and eat cake?
• How do you get through the first Hanukkah/New Year’s after losing a parent?
• Are you allowed to hook up at your partner’s parents’ house over the holidays? 

Then we switch gears and talk about one of my favorite things all year: the Ronald McDonald House livestream auction.

• Won the bucket hat… and then gifted it to Michelle

Michelle – One of the recognizable names of the auction the last two years

• Last year: going through breast cancer treatment, calling in for the soccer jersey, and everyone piling on “Team Michelle” to make sure she got it

We wrap with some family gratitude, New Year’s Eve livestream talk, and Mama Schall’s producer shout-outs.
