The preacher is amazed at how many new believers are joining the church and how quickly they are growing in their faith. He compares them to clouds and doves—coming in large numbers, moving boldly, and finding safety in Christ. Even though the church is joyful, it also feels concern, wanting to make sure these new believers are sincere and truly following God.
