Guided Meditation for Nervous System Reset

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or just a little off-centre, this soothing guided meditation will help you release tension, reduce stress and reconnect to your body in minutes.

This is one of my most loved meditations, the same one I used to guide in my BodyBalance classes and still turn to whenever I need to move from “I’m not safe” into “I’ve got me.” Together, we’ll use grounding breathwork, gentle body awareness and mindful presence to shift your nervous system from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest.
