Crystal is the Director of Research at the Provincial Association of Transition Houses and Services of Saskatchewan (PATHS). Crystal is also a Ph.D. student in the Department of Justice Studies at the University of Regina. She is an Adjunct Professor and Sessional Lecturer in the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Regina.
