Hunter Reehoon is a Sous Chef at Barley Swine, a highly acclaimed, 1-Michelin starred, farm-to-table restaurant in Austin Texas. Hunter's focus is in sustainability within the farm-to-table sphere and his specialties lie in fermentation and seasonal items. Hunter also recently received his purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Professor Rodrigo Cabral at Fight Factory in Austin, Texas.
