Life can indeed feel like a roller coaster. While some aspects of our path may be predestined, many of our experiences are shaped by the choices we make along the way. Often these decisions are rushed or made without reflection, and they can have a lasting negative impact. This episode invites you to slow things down, to pause, reflect, and allow space for clearer, more heart-led decisions—even when those decisions feel hard.
When we operate from the heart’s centre, we align with the highest vibration of all. It is here that our connection to universal and heavenly energy is at its strongest. Over time, many of us lose that connection—but the beautiful truth is that it can be gently and easily restored through intention. Intention is key.
As I share in this episode, strengthening my own connection to the universe brings cleansing, healing, and renewed energy to my body and mind. You may wish to deepen your experience by holding a crystal—whichever one you feel drawn to—allowing its energy to help balance, calm, and recharge your energy centres.
As you move through life’s roller coaster, stay present. Feel the crystal in your hand—the warmth, the coolness, the tingling. Let your awareness settle on your breath, allowing it to guide you. As your breath becomes fuller and deeper, your belly gently rising and falling, your body will thank you.
