During his last Passover with his disciples, Jesus instituted a special memorial utilizing bread and fruit of the vine. Today’s study will cover the different titles and purposes of this special meal. We will also discuss two questions: what does the phrase “breaking bread” mean in Acts, and how is the Lord’s Supper connected to the first day of the week?
