One of the most infamous women in Scripture was the Phoenician princess Jezebel, the wife of evil king Ahab. Carmel between Elijah and her idolatrous prophets, the despicable taking of Naboth’s vineyard, and Jezebel’s ignominious death which occurred exactly as foretold by Elijah.
