Right at Home owner Cassy Sullivan shared her journey to opening a Franchise in Chester, Virginia. After more than 30 years as an RN, she decided it was time for something different. As healthcare moved toward automation, she missed the ability to connect and spend time with clients one-on-one.
She spoke about the support she received, including monthly coaching and assistance during crises. She also emphasized the importance of making a difference in clients' lives and her passion for the work.
Her biggest piece of advice was to embrace the challenges of operating a business and to lean on the support provided by the Franchise System.
