Featuring Charlie Ann Max (instagram.com/charlieannmax)

Al sits down with Charlie Ann Max of the Fude Experience, and speaks on feminine rage, nudity and Fude.

About the Guest:

Charlie Ann Max is a multidisciplinary artist, chef, and founder of

Füde. With training from the Joffrey Ballet and a health-supportive

culinary degree from the Institute of Culinary Education, her work

lives at the intersection of food, art, and the human experience.

A cultural curator and experiential artist, Charlie has hosted over 100

immersive dining experiences designed to foster meaningful

connection. Through these gatherings and her creative practice, she

invites people to return to their purest selves. Her relationship with

nudity, as a practice of self-acceptance and body positivity, deeply

informs Füde’s ethos.

An advocate for wellness and anti-censorship, Charlie pushes

boundaries toward liberation in all facets of her work, whether

through modeling, activism, or plant-based cuisine. Her practice is

rooted in creating transformative spaces that celebrate vulnerability,

creativity, and communal nourishment.
