Are you struggling to build muscle? If so, I know the feeling. I used to be 130 pounds (59kg) standing 5’11” tall (1.8m tall). Seriously, I was a STICK.

I just weighed myself this morning at 194 pounds (87kg)... 64 pounds (29kg) HEAVIER than I was 10 years ago. And guess what? It’s almost entirely muscle.

When I first started getting into fitness, I honestly didn't think there was any way that I could build muscle. I really struggled.
