Welcome back to another episode where I look at the throat chakra and explore its connection to creativity. This Week, I focus on the personal aspect of authenticity and how embracing what brings us joy can enhance our creative expression. For me, creativity goes beyond just making art; it’s about engaging in activities that resonate with my spirit, like cooking, swimming in the ocean, or even taking a mindful walk in nature. When I immerse myself in these joyful experiences, I feel more authentic, and this authenticity naturally flows into my creative endeavours and how I share them with the world.
On the business side, I discuss how creativity empowers us to make clear choices and act with integrity. When I’m in a joyful space, the decisions I face become clearer, allowing me to act honestly and transparently with others. I also touch on the importance of recognizing that not all answers are required upfront. Sometimes, having clarity and tapping into my intuition is enough to guide me.
