After asking my community what you all wanted to hear about most on this podcast, it became clear that my morning routine was a hot topic. So today, I’m diving deep into how I create my mindful morning routine and what changes exist within this.

I am someone who suffers from anxiety and have done so throughout my life, so for me having a morning routine that sets me up positively for the day ahead is crucial. I am prone to waking up with a racing heart, busy mind and if I’m not mindful in the morning, the day can quickly get away from me.

Little disclaimer here for you all, our days are likely going to look very different. I don’t have children, I live by the ocean and I really love the morning and waking up early. However, you might not be a morning person. This is the routine that I have tweaked for myself to fully support the best version of me. I urge you to look deep within to find the routine that works for your specific needs and stage of life.
