Enya Absi came into real estate with five jobs, no systems, and a goal to close five houses in her first year. She closed 18.
Before joining Justin Landis Group at Bolst, Enya studied business at McGill, law at the University of Edinburgh, and worked in music industry legal affairs in London. She ended up in Atlanta in 2020 when COVID stopped everything and she never left.
In this episode, Justin and Enya talk about what it actually takes to break through in your first year, why being on a team is worth the pay cut, how imposter syndrome can become fuel instead of a ceiling, and what it means to build a real estate business around authenticity rather than systems.
If you are thinking about getting your license, just got started, or trying to figure out how to make your first year count, this conversation is for you.
