Dean served with the Parachute Regiment, the REME and also as a trainee pilot in the RAF. He is one of 88 soldiers involved in the siege of Musa Qaleh in 2006 (Afghanistan). Since leaving the military, he has achieved a Director role at Barclays and also is a successful entrepreneur, recently founding Green Bee - a company providing environmentally friendly alternatives to single-use plastics.
